Pricing
Our prices can change regularly as they are based on the latest market gem and precious metal values. Quotes are firm for 24 hours, If a customer accepts a quote within the allocated 24 hours quoted period the quoted price will stay firm unless the customer changes the design requirements outside of what was agreed in the original quote. If the quote is accepted outside of the 24 hour window or the quote remains unaccepted outside of the 24 hours period, Design It Jewels reserves the right to update the quoted price in line with market conditions at that time.
Product Descriptions
Design It Jewels will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications detailed on this website are accurate but will take no responsibility for any errors, omissions or defects in the information.
Whilst every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that product images shown on this website are an accurate representation of the actual product the very nature of imaging product and reproducing those images on a website means that we cannot warrant the accuracy of these representations and product may appear larger or smaller than actual sizes and colours of metals and stones may vary.

Purchases
Products designed on this website are available for shipment or delivery to valid addresses in Australia. Choose from “Visa” OR “MasterCard” OR “PayPal Account” OR “Bank Transfer (EFT)” OR any combination of all.
Don’t have enough card balance on your Credit / Debit Card? No Worries! Use part payment feature to complete your transaction with multiple cards. A minimum payment of $50 is required.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of shipping and GST unless specified otherwise.
Shipping
Your Order will be shipped free of charge to any valid address in Australia via the Australia Post tracked delivery system.
The delivery time of your order can take 4 to 6 weeks. Via our integrated tracking system you will have full transparency of your delivery status.
Design It Jewels will use its best endeavours to ship your order according to the estimated shipping times provided. Estimated shipping times may vary or change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control as such we make no representations or warranties that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk in your ordered products will pass to you on delivery.

Custom Order Policy – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
A custom order item is made according to our customers individual requirements. The materials and gemstones required to manufacture your custom order are sourced specifically for your individual order.
We are happy to custom order any design for our customers with the following conditions:
- All custom orders must be fully paid prior to manufacture.
- Once your custom order is completed it is non-refundable unless it is faulty or varies greatly from the CAD design provided to you. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to ensure you get exactly what you expected. If you are not happy with your final product we will work on it until you are.
- A refund will not be given for a cancelled completed custom order in the event you have changed your mind.
One Year Warranty
In addition to our 100% Satisfaction guarantee we have a one-year warranty on the workmanship of all our jewellery. If you damage a piece or chip a gemstone, we’ll be happy to repair it for you or replace the stone for a reasonable fee. Contact our customer care for further information when required.
Website Submissions
You acknowledge and agree that anything you submit by way of materials, including but not limited to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or other regarding this website are non-confidential and automatically become the sole and exclusive property including all intellectual property rights of Design It Jewels.
