I can heartily recommend this service. You can’t get this with your old-fashioned jeweller model. Behind the scenes there are traditional creative jewellers but the whole process is managed by the platform to ensure all parties are on the same page while both the customer and the jeweller become one creative team. Now I’m going to come back for wedding bands and more… And I would recommend to it to any friend without any hesitation as a better alternative to a high street jeweller.

Design It Jewels did a fantastic job helping me out of a scary situation. I got a notification saying the engagement ring would be ready a mere day before I flew out to propose to my girlfriend, when I talked to them about it they moved the production forwards a whole two weeks in the middle of Christmas peak season to make sure I got the ring on time! My now fiancé is absolutely thrilled with the ring. Very, very happy with Design It Jewels!

I found Design it Jewels, to be quick, flexible and very helpful when it came to my design i sent them a picture of what i wanted and the final product was even better than what i could have imagined. I would recommend using Design It Jewels over a store in a shop to anyone.

We had a short engagement and they met our requirements at such a short notice and exceeded our expectations! I was a little hesitant to get my ring ‘online’ rather than physically meeting people to get it designed. But it proved to be quite an effortless process. My ring is amazing … we had a design i had seen and they drew it up. With some minor modifications my ring was completed and we received in good time! Even though i did get my finger sized a bunch of times the ring still ended up being a little too big, this was easily fixed by a local jeweller as we had time constraints. Overall, amazing people and I’d definitely recommend! I absolutely love my ring, i get compliments all the time 😍

I struggled at normal jewellery shops as they did not have what I wanted in a size that I wanted. They also didn’t have any catalogues for me to look at, so it made it hard for me to commit or decide on anything.
